Leo Hung
Managing Director

Leo Hung is the Managing Director and founder of MILES Valuation Advisory Limited. With over a decade of experience in valuation advisory, he has led engagements across a range of industries, including technology, consumer goods, biotechnology, renewable energy, and real estate. Prior to founding MILES, Leo served as an Associate Director at a leading valuation consultancy, where he led valuation engagements for Hong Kong- and U.S.-listed companies, including Tencent, YY Inc., Huya Inc., PAX Global, and Tam Jai International. Before entering the valuation profession, Leo worked in Assurance at PwC, where he developed a strong foundation in financial reporting and compliance. He brings a rigorous analytical approach and a commitment to delivering precise, insightful valuation advice.

MK Ng is a valuation and real estate specialist with over ten years of experience in corporate and property valuation. His expertise spans financial reporting, transaction advisory, and investment analysis across the Hong Kong and Mainland China markets. With a background in real estate investment and financing, MK integrates financial insight with technical precision to provide well-rounded valuation perspectives. His work philosophy emphasizes detail, discipline, and collaboration with professionals from accounting, finance, and legal sectors.

Steve Law has over ten years of experience in valuation and assurance services. Before joining MILES Valuation, he worked at international accounting and valuation firms, specializing in independent business and intangible asset valuations. His expertise includes impairment testing, purchase price allocation, and financial instrument valuation for M&A and reporting purposes. Steve has handled valuations across industries such as infrastructure, finance, consumer goods, and real estate. He is recognised for his rigorous standards and client-centric communication.
